You will have an option at check out for various shipping methods. We will do everything that we can to deliver on or before the estimated business delivery date stated during checkout. Remember these are only estimated delivery days, and do not count Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. TTS DOES NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY DATES. THESE ARE ONLY ESTIMATES. - ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed online, or by phone, it enters our system and cannot be canceled except by calling customer service M-F 8-4 Eastern Time at 800.482.2678. Please note that you may incur up to a 25% restock fee on each product that you cancel which will be deducted from your refund.If you want to cancel your order and it has already been shipped, you will need to ask for an RMA number for the return. You can obtain an RMA by contacting customer service at 800.482.2678. You will not be refunded any original shipping charges, and shipping charges back to us are your responsibility. You may incur up to a 25% restock fee on each of the returned parts.
Special orders, fabricated items, and non-standard items may be subject to special return fees, or possibly may not be returned for credit at all.
- PRODUCT WARRANTYTTS warrants that any products that it manufactures will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. TTS does not warrant third party products which TTS provides “as is”. TTS agrees to assign any warranty rights it may have in third party products to you.
